Fresh sugarcane
We surveyed and chosen a kind of sugarcane which has high sweetness and bright juice color. ROC 16 sugarcane is always the first priority for the production of frozen prawn sugarcane for export.
Peeling
Sugarcane is put into a peeling machine to remove the peel before being cut shape. Diameter of sugarcane is minimum 1.8 cm after peeling.
Cutting shape
Sugarcane will be cut into size of 10cm
Freezing
Prawn sugarcane will be frozen at -18 degrees Celcius after vacuuming. Freezing will help frozen prawn sugarcane keep in a long time. The expiry date will be able to prolong to 24 months.
